Iowa School for the Deaf’s
Foundation
ISD’s Foundation provides services and equipment for students that cannot be obtained through state appropriations. This 501c3 organization supports the needs of Iowa School for the Deaf students as they work toward independence.
Through private donations, the foundation has built the Lied Multipurpose Complex and the Greenhouse, created the Science Center, and purchased two playgrounds. Some of the active projects which the ISD Foundation supports include scholarships, program equipment, and the ISD Museum.

The ISD Foundation’s mission is to enhance opportunities for student success through the education, engagement and philanthropy of our communities.
The Foundation’s Vision
The ISD Foundation envisions a community where all students who are deaf or hard of hearing can be successful and independent.

You can make a one-time or recurring donation through PayPal using the link below. Every gift helps provide extra opportunities for our students to thrive as they learn about the world and their place in it! Donations are tax-deductible.
